Reform priority 4 of 14
Outcome measurement mandate
Publish anonymized, longitudinal outcome data on contested custody orders.
Stub. Model language, evidence, fiscal note, and rubric score are in drafting.
The problem
Courts track filings, time to disposition, and collections. They do not track how children fare five or ten years after a contested order.
Current Ohio law
No single statute governs this. The gap is administrative and rule-based. Citations to come.
What we propose
Require the Supreme Court of Ohio or ODJFS to publish anonymized longitudinal outcome data broken out by type of order.
Strongest objections, and our response
To be written. Every priority page states its best counterarguments in their strongest form.
Model language
To be drafted.
Rubric score
Pending. Scored against Articles 1–7.
