Corrections
Our corrections policy, and a log of every correction we have made.
Policy
When we get something wrong, we fix it, say so on the page in its change log, and record it here. We do not silently edit published claims. Because the site is open source, every change is also visible in the public commit history.

Corrections happen in the open on GitHub:
- Open a correction issue with the page URL, the claim, and a source.
- Or fix it yourself. Every page has an “Improve this page” link in the footer that opens its source file for editing. A pull request that fixes a real error and passes the automated checks is the fastest way to get it corrected.
